With over 20 years of project management experience spanning the art world, cultural placemaking, live events, and festivals, Matt brings a broad and versatile skill set to the delivery of complex projects in challenging environments and tight timescales.

As a Project Director and Producer, he is a highly organised and composed leader, experienced in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.

Matt has extensive expertise in exhibition-making for both public and private sector organisations, alongside significant experience producing art in the public realm nationally and internationally. He is particularly passionate about site-specific and site-responsive work, bringing a thoughtful and committed approach to projects that engage deeply with their context.
